Meanwhile, two criminals on bicycles arrive there and while they ask the woman for her address, they snatch the chain from her neck and flee.

A few hours after this incident, near Mai Sthan located at Bibi Ganj in Sadar Police Station area, some women had come to worship the wedding ceremony deity. Meanwhile, two criminals on bicycles reached there and snatched the chain of Pinky Devi, a woman who had come to worship the deity, and began to flee.
The woman victim is a native of Repura village under Lalganj police station area in Vaishali district. The woman had come to attend a wedding ceremony. During this time the incident occurred. However, locals caught a fleeing criminal on a bicycle after the incident and started beating him. The other criminal took advantage of the opportunity and managed to escape.

The police came to the information and after much effort, rescued the criminal captured by the locals and took him to the police station. Regarding the matter, SDPO Town Two, Vinita Singh, said that two criminals who were riding bicycles in Sadar police station area snatched the chain of two women. A criminal was arrested while snatching a woman’s chain. The arrested criminal is a resident of Katihar and is possibly a member of the Kodha gang. The police are currently questioning him about the case.
