The Rajasthan government has changed a rule of the previous government. So approximately 40 lakh unemployed may be affected. In fact, the previous government, that of Ashok Gehlot, had made the rule of a single registration fee in the last year of its rule. Which also turned out to be a profitable deal for the candidates. But after the change of government, the BJP has changed this rule.
The Commission sent a proposal to the government
Actually, the issue is that the Rajasthan Public Service Commission of the RPSC has sent a proposal to the Bhajanlal government seeking to cancel this decision. The logic behind this is that the government is suffering losses due to this.
RPSC gave this argument
RPSC says it costs approximately Rs 600 per employee. It often happens that the number of candidates appearing for the exam is less than the number of candidates filling the form. Therefore, the burden on the Commission and the Government increases.
