The Commission has also sought an explanation from the state BJP for allegedly violating the provisions of the Model Code of Conduct by releasing the video. The Commission has directed the Chief Electoral Officer of Jharkhand to take immediate action in the matter and remove the objectionable post from the social media platform at the earliest.
