Currently, Gorakhpur police arrested psychopath Ajay Nishad yesterday. Ajay Nishad, who wears black clothes and is barefoot, has so far made five women his victims. He used to come secretly at night and hit women on the head and face with a stick or iron rod and run away. Ajay used to choose houses in the village that did not have any other houses next to them. In addition to attacking women, he also committed robberies.
Some time ago, Ajay Nishad had gone to jail accused of rape. After spending six months in prison, he considered women his enemies. He began targeting women and girls in the area one by one. What needs to be kept in mind is that Ajay always committed crimes following the same pattern. Such as wearing a black shirt at the time of the crime, choosing the time between 1 and 4 in the morning to commit the crime, being barefoot, attacking sleeping women and escaping.
According to police, Ajay Nishad, a resident of Mangalpur Tola in Jhangha police station area, was released on bail in 2022 after serving six months in prison for an offense involving a woman. After this he went to Surat. But when he returned to the town in 2024, he started committing crimes. A woman has died in his attack. At the same time, one woman had her eye gouged out and another was seriously injured.
The victims said they saw a person dressed in black who would attack them in the head. This person who entered houses usually came barefoot. After receiving the complaint, the police laid a trap and scanned the CCTVs of the entire city. It also made people aware. In the end, after gathering information through technical and intelligence input, the police arrived at this psychopathic killer. During interrogation, accused Ajay Nishad confessed to his crime. Their presence is also being demonstrated on CCTV cameras. Even during surveillance, their presence was confirmed at the scene.
