In view of the ongoing violence in Manipur, an important meeting of the Home Ministry will be held today to discuss the situation in the state. In this meeting of the Ministry of the Interior the future strategy can be decided. Earlier, Home Minister Amit Shah reviewed the situation in Manipur and also gave instructions to take all possible measures to maintain peace in the state. Amid the violence, the National People’s Party, which supports the Manipur government, has announced that it will withdraw its support for the government. see video
