The DDA approved three housing schemes last week. Registration for a total of 39,573 flats under the Affordable Housing Scheme, Middle Class Housing Scheme and DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme by 2024 will begin.
According to officials, the flat booking process will begin 10-15 days after registration. In addition, nodal agents have also been deployed to obtain information in this regard. Officials said people will also get a chance to view all categories of apartments at the designated location.
This is the DDA plan for the middle class
Under the middle class housing scheme, there will be an opportunity to purchase HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS flats in Jasola, Loknayakpuram and Narela on a first-come, first-served basis. In total, 5,400 homes are included. The starting price of the flat in this will be Rs 29 lakh.
Starting from Rs 11.5 lakh for low-income earners
Under the Affordable Housing Scheme, around 34,000 apartments will be available in Ramgarh Colony, Siraspur, Loknayakpuram, Rohini and Narela on a first-come, first-served basis. Low-income people will have the opportunity to buy flats in this housing scheme. Its starting price is Rs 11.5 lakh.
Ease of booking through electronic auction
Under the Dwarka Housing Scheme, there will be an opportunity to book flats through e-auction in Sectors 14, 16B and 19B of Dwarka. In this, people will be able to register for MIG, HIG and higher category floors. A total of 173 homes will be presented in it. Its starting price will be Rs 1.28 million. The price of HIG flats is expected to cross Rs 1.5 crore. In addition, Super HIG floors will also be presented. Its price is expected to exceed Rs 2.5 million.
