The Supreme Court has ordered that all classes up to 12th in Delhi-NCR be conducted online. We tell you that except classes 10 and 12 in Delhi, all other classes have already been conducted online. But now the high court has ordered to close the 10th and 12th classes and conduct them online.
The Supreme Court said that we direct all governments of the NCR region to strictly implement GRAP 4. All states will immediately form teams to monitor necessary actions under GRP 4. The NCR state governments and the central government must immediately decide on the steps taken in Group 4 and present them to us before the next hearing.
‘All state and central governments should submit their affidavits by Thursday’
The SC said the Delhi government and other governments should establish a grievance redressal system for Group 4. Address CAQM grievances promptly. The court said we have made it clear that the implementation of Group 4 will continue till further orders of this court even if the AQI falls below 450. It also said that all state and central governments will have to submit their affidavits by Thursday.
