Rajasthan SI recruitment exam paper leaked before printing, HC stopped publishing candidates – Rajasthan SI paper leaked before printing high court orders to stop publishing candidates in training

The ongoing controversy over SI Recruitment 2021 in Rajasthan has taken a new turn. The Special Operations Group (SOG) of Rajasthan police has given shocking information in its charge sheet filed in the court. According to SOG, the SI exam was leaked even before it reached the printing press of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC). The most shocking thing is that it has not been known who had prepared the papers, which further increases the seriousness of the matter.

Orders to prohibit training and parades of candidates

After this document leak case, the Rajasthan High Court has given a strict warning to the state government in the SI Recruitment 2021 matter. Issuing an order to maintain the status quo, the court has said that the parade of fainting of police officers currently undergoing training at the Rajasthan Police Academy, and their posting should also be postponed. The High Court passed this order while hearing the petition seeking cancellation of SI Examination 2021. Petitioner Kailash Chand Sharma and 24 other candidates had approached the court in this matter. He said that in view of the incidents of irregularities and paper leaks in the SI exam, the exam should be cancelled.

State government ordered to respond by November 22
The High Court has directed the state government to submit its reply in this matter by November 22. The court has asked the state government why it is not canceling the SI exam, while various investigation agencies, SOG, Police Headquarters, Advocate General and Committee of Ministers have recommended canceling the exam. However, so far the federal government has not taken any concrete steps to cancel this exam, which, according to the petitioners, raises questions about transparency and fairness.

75 arrests, two RPSC members also arrested
So far, SOG has arrested 75 people in this case, including 50 SHOs. Two of these major arrests have been of two members of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC), Babulal Katara and Ramuram Raika, who are said to be the main accused in the paper leak case. After these arrests, it became clear that the irregularities in the SI recruitment exam were part of an organized conspiracy, and the investigation into the case may reveal more shocking revelations.
