Faridabad: A case that brings shame to relations has come to light in Faridabad, Haryana. Here the police arrested a man for raping his two minor daughters. Officials provided this information on Monday. The wife of the accused reported the matter to the police, following which the police registered the case and arrested the accused. The accused was produced before the court, from where he has been taken into custody. Police say the accused has accepted his crime.
Wife filed a complaint
Giving information about the incident, police said the accused’s wife lodged a complaint in this regard at SGM Nagar police station on November 15. A case of rape has been registered following the complaint of the accused’s wife. According to police, the accused was produced before a city court on Monday, from where he was remanded to judicial custody. The ages of the victim girls are said to be 13 and 11 years old. The complaining mother says that she works as a worker, while her husband is a drug addict.
The eldest daughter informed the mother
Police said that when the girls’ mother returned from work on November 15, her eldest daughter informed her about this. The girl said that her father raped her. The woman said in her complaint to the police: “She (the eldest daughter) also revealed that a few days ago my husband had also raped the younger daughter. He (the accused) had threatened to kill me and my daughters if I told anyone about this.” Currently, based on the woman’s complaint, the police registered a case and arrested the accused on Sunday night.
