Classes at JNU will be online

Pollution across Delhi NCR has reached extremely dangerous levels, resulting in the air quality here reaching the ‘severe’ category. In view of this, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has decided to conduct online classes citing the severe pollution and dangerous AQI levels in Delhi and NCR. JNU has decided to conduct online classes till November 22.

At the same time, an order was issued to close all physical classes up to 12th in Gurugram, Haryana. An official order has been issued in this regard. The order said that as per the directions of the Director of Secondary Education, Haryana, after assessing the AQI situation, all physical classes up to class 12 in Gurugram shall remain suspended from November 19, 2024 to November 23, 2024. (or until then). It has been said in the order that all classes up to 12th will now be taught in online mode.

Apart from Gautam Buddha Nagar, schools in these districts closed

Apart from this, schools were also closed in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Meerut, Hapur, Ghaziabad of UP.
