As soon as winter comes, different types of parathas start being made in homes. In winter, people especially eat parathas made of bathua, fenugreek, cabbage and radish. As tasty as radish parathas are to eat, they seem equally difficult to make. While rolling radish parathas, the filling comes out from one side. That’s why people make less radish parathas. Today we are going to tell you a very easy trick to make radish parathas. With this you can easily make big radish parathas and eat them. This way the radish parathas will never break and become perfectly round parathas. Know the recipe to make radish paratha.

Recipe to make Mooli Paratha:

First step- First we peel the radish and grate it. Now squeeze the water out of the radish by pressing it with your hand. Put 1 tablespoon of mustard oil in a pan and heat it. Add cumin, asafoetida and a pinch of turmeric to the oil. Now prepare the spicy filling by adding grated radish, salt, coriander powder, green chillies and finely chopped green coriander and red chilli powder.

Second step- To make radish parathas, knead soft wheat flour and keep the dough resting for some time. Make sure to add a little salt to the flour. Now take 1 small ball of dough and roll it into a thin roti. Keep this roti aside. Keep in mind that the roti should be very thin and a little small. Similarly, roll the second roti as well.

Third step- Now place the prepared radish filling on the roti which is on the rolling board. You can leave more or less filling depending on your choice. Now place the second roti you prepared by rolling it on top. Close the edges by pressing them with your hands. Now apply dry flour and roll both sticky rotis and make them a little bigger.

Fourth step- Place the radish paratha in the pan, apply ghee on both sides and roll it until golden brown. Make all radish parathas in the same way. With this trick the radish parathas will never burst and will be very big. Eat stuffed radish paratha prepared with chutney or gravy.
