Discussion is underway on the recall motions moved by the MLAs. During this, BJP MLA from Kalka Shakti Rani Sharma raised the issue of HMT and ACC factory in the assembly. Shakti Rani Sharma said that employment opportunities have reduced due to the closure of HMT and ACC factories. He has demanded the government to establish industries in the area so that the youth can get employment. He also highlighted the issue of water scarcity in the Kalka area. He said that Kaushalya dam is in our area.
It is built on the land of Kalka. Panchkula gets its water, but our area should get it too. Earlier, during the discussion in the House, INLD MLA Aditya Chautala raised the issue of giving 100-yard plots to scheduled castes and poor people. Apart from this, BJP MLA Safidon Ramkumar Gautam also raised the issue of giving 100-yard plots to the poor. During the discussion on the Haryana Agricultural Land Leasing Bill, former CM Bhupendra Singh Hooda said that the rights of farmers and those acquiring land on contract should also be protected in the bill.
Plots of between 100 and 100 meters will soon be given to the poor
Answering the question of giving 100-100 yard plots to the poor, CM Nayab Saini said the BJP will soon fulfill its election manifesto promise. Lots of 30 yards will be delivered in the cities. 50-yard plots will be given to the poor in cities and 100-yard plots to the poor in Mahagram.
