New Delhi: Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai said on Tuesday that a decision will be taken soon on implementing work-from-home measures and the odd-even scheme to address the city’s deteriorating air quality. Gopal Rai said that people, including children and elderly people, are having difficulty breathing and we are deeply sorry for the situation.
