According to the changes introduced by Putin, if any country carries out a drone attack against Russia, it can also be responded to in the form of a nuclear deterrent. The Russian army will give an appropriate response to such an attack. If any weapon crosses the Russian border and comes from air or space, it will be considered a war against Russia. Russia can use nuclear weapons in such a situation.
If Russia felt there was a threat to its country and its citizens, then it could also deploy nuclear missiles and missile defense systems.
