Lucknow: The Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh has started the work of accelerating the ongoing large-scale preparations to make the 2025 Mahakumbh a success. Organizing Maha Kumbh-2025 is not only religiously and culturally important but is also a great effort to take tourism and the global identity of the state to new heights. Keeping this in mind, the Mahakumbh Conclave will be organized in New Delhi to give an insight into the intangible cultural heritage of Mahakumbh and invite dignitaries and highly distinguished people from the country and the world. In this regard, the Uttar Pradesh Tourism Department has started preparations and this one-day program will be organized on a large scale at a five-star hotel in Delhi. This program will be special in many ways because visitors coming here will be able to enjoy the folk art and cultural flavor of Uttar Pradesh along with the tourist offerings, preparations and achievements of the Yogi government at Mahakumbh.
Mahakumbh is the world’s largest religious and cultural event, attended by millions of devotees from all over the world. The Uttar Pradesh government has specially planned “Maha Kumbh Conclave” for this event, which will be a unique interactive session. Through this, visitors will enjoy an unforgettable experience through Indian culture, religious traditions and modern technologies. The Mahakumbh Conclave will be an example of cultural richness and administrative efficiency of Uttar Pradesh. The objective of this event is not only to promote religious tourism, but will also become a means to raise awareness of the state’s brand worldwide. The program will showcase 3D models of 14 gems obtained from the churning of the ocean and the cultural evening will also feature folk music and dance from Uttar Pradesh, which will enliven the spirituality of Mahakumbh. In addition, each guest will receive souvenirs as a symbol of UP’s cultural heritage. The event will bring together 700 very special guests from around the world. A high tea and dinner will also be organized in honor of the guests.

- Digital Display Zone: The large LED screen will display animations depicting the history of Kumbh Mela, lives of Naga Sadhus and Sanyasi of various Akharas and other religious aspects.
- 3D Model: Triveni Sangam, Akshayavat and Samudra Manthan scenes will be shown through 3D models.
- Modern innovations: AI chatbots and multi-language translation devices will also be showcased to provide a seamless experience to international visitors.
- Tourist Package Information: A digital presentation of the travel and accommodation facilities will be made. A city of tents and hotel rooms will be set up so that visitors can directly see the facilities available during Kalpavas.
- Digital Tour: A 10-minute virtual tour session will also be organized within the program through which visitors will be able to get information about different parts of the fair area.
