Teachers expecting a transfer in Bihar were in for a big surprise. The Patna High Court has banned transfer of teachers in Bihar, dealing a blow to thousands of teachers who were waiting for a transfer. Some teachers from Aurangabad had approached the court against the transfer policy, following which the court took this decision.
