(Dharamshala News) Today Samaj-Dharamshala. At the Red Ribbon Club meeting organized by the Chief Medical Officer of Kangra district in Dharamshala, the Red Ribbon Club of Central University of Himachal Pradesh presented TB Efforts made to solve it are appreciated.
Dr Shashi Poonam, nodal director of Red Ribbon Club, said that the Red Ribbon Club of Central University of Himachal Pradesh is responsible for the fight against tuberculosis. It continually organizes various programs to prevent and raise awareness.
The objective of these programs is to promote health education among students and the local population and to prevent tuberculosis. A positive attitude towards suffering patients should be encouraged.
For this excellent effort, the Red Ribbon Club of the Central University of Himachal Pradesh received the award “TB Awarded for “unique innovation initiative to eliminate Babita Sharma, Researcher, Department of Social Work, Central University of Himachal Pradesh, received this award from Dr. Rajesh Guleri, Chief Medical Officer of Kangra District.
The Chief Medical Officer of Kangra District described this important initiative of the Red Ribbon Club of Central University of Himachal Pradesh as effective and inspiring. In addition, members of other Red Ribbon Clubs present at the meeting also valued this initiative and described it as an exemplary model for other institutions.
Chief Medical Officer Dr Rajesh Guleri, District Health Officer Dr Rajesh Sood, Public Health Expert Dr Tarun Sood and other officials were present during the programme.
