Ayodhya. The Chief Minister’s Command Center organized a meeting to review the progress of development and construction related projects based on CM Desk-Board’s flagship project ranking released in October. In the meeting, in case of unsatisfactory work, orders were given to suspend the salaries of UPPCL Project Manager, District Panchayat Raj Officer, Executive Engineers Development Authority, Labor Enforcement Officer. Executive engineer Jal Nigam and ADO Milkipur were ordered to give adverse entry.
While chairing the meeting, during the review, he expressed displeasure over the classification of Jaljeevan Mission, Prime Minister’s National Dialysis Programme, Milk Cooperative Societies, Vishwakarma Shram Samman Yojana in category E and said that all departments should feed the data to their respective schemes on time and whose If the data has been fed incorrectly, take action and ensure that the data is rectified.
While reviewing the Jaljeevan Har Ghar Mission Jal Yojana, the District Magistrate found that the progress of work was very slow and for not submitting the action plan on time, he issued an adverse entry to the Executive Engineer Jal Nigam and ordered to suspend salary and submit the action plan in one day. Instructions were given to submit agency-level progress reports each week.
While reviewing the Panchayati Raj Department, he expressed displeasure over the slow expenditure of funds allocated under the 15th Finance Commission and the 5th State Finance Commission by the Panchayati Raj Department and directed to stop the salary of the District Officer of Panchayati Raj. Apart from this, the Director Development should inspect the works being carried out under the Finance Commission, the District Panchayati Raj Officer should issue adverse entries to ADO Panchayat Milkipur and the Block Development Officers should inspect the works being carried out . under the Finance Commission and instructions were given for their payments to periodically review the works. He expressed displeasure over the slow pace of work being carried out under the state plan by the Tourism Department and the laxity in payments and ordered the executing agency to expedite the work and ensure that the allocated budget is spent as per the target. and its report must be presented by the Deputy Director of Tourism.
While reviewing the CMIS, the district magistrate, after finding negligence in the construction work carried out by the Ayodhya Development Authority, directed the Chief Treasurer Ayodhya to suspend the salary of the Development Authority of Executive Engineers until further order.
He also reviewed the construction work being carried out by the UPPCL and if the progress of work was found to be slow, instructions were given to issue a show cause notice while withholding the salary of the project manager of the UPPCL and 04 large stables for cows that are being built in the district. While reviewing the Horticulture Department, he said that the Director of Development should check the work being done by the Horticulture Department. While reviewing UP NEDA, he directed the NEDA Project Officer to organize large scale camps and establish solar plants and monitor the solar street lights installed in the district and rectify the faulty lights.
During the Agriculture Department’s review, information on the availability of manure and fertilizers in the district was taken and instructions were given to quickly complete the pending applications under the Prime Minister’s Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.
He gave instructions to expedite the work of the new roads being built by the Department of Public Works and, while reviewing the Department of Labor and Employment, if the details of the work carried out by the Department of Labor in the month were not considered satisfactory, then the Labor Authority The official posted in the district was instructed to suspend salaries. While reviewing the Social Welfare Department, he directed all Block Development Officers to provide benefits to as many eligible persons as possible under the National Old Age Pension Scheme.
