The effects of storm ‘Dana’ will be visible in Delhi

Cyclonic storm ‘Dana’ that emerged in the Bay of Bengal hit the Odisha coast. Strong winds and rain have begun at a speed of 120 kilometers per hour. Its effect can also be seen in the capital Delhi. A drop in temperature was also recorded on Thursday. Because of this, people have started to feel a little cold. The weather remains slightly cold even on Friday morning. The IMD says that the effect of storms may cause more changes in weather in the future, so fluctuations in temperature may be observed.

The air in Delhi does not seem to be improving. The capital’s air remains poisonous since Dussehra. At 6 am on Friday, Delhi’s air quality index (AQI) was recorded at 283. At the same time, Anand Vihar remains the most polluted area in Delhi. The AQI here was recorded at 409. Apart from this, 302 AQIs were recorded in Delhi’s ITI Shahdara, 302 in Wazirpur, 323 in ITI Jahangirpuri, 304 in Punjabi Bagh, 313 in Shaheed Sukhdev College-Rohini, 318 in Mundka, 310 in Bawana and 308 in Alipur.
