The Aam Aadmi Party, the BJP and the Congress have fielded their candidates. Today is the last day to submit nominations for the by-elections. Following Thursday’s nomination process, Gidderbaha has emerged as the hottest seat among these four. The state’s three major parties have fielded their strongest candidates for this seat. After which now all eyes in the state will be on this assembly seat.
Manpreet filed his nomination in presence of Union Minister
On Thursday, Manpreet Singh Badal filed the nomination papers in the presence of Union Minister Ravneet Bittu. Around 12.30 pm, Manpreet Badal filed the nomination papers. Avinash Rai Khanna was present during this period. After filing nominations, BJP leaders proclaimed their victory and said that the next government in the state will be solely BJP.
The President of the State Congress was present during the nomination.
Similarly, when Amrita Vading arrived to file her nomination, her husband and state Congress president Amarinder Singh Raja Vading and Ferozepur MP Sher Singh Ghubaya were present. Congress candidate Amrita Vading said she has no competition with anyone. People love Congress wholeheartedly. The party has won the last three elections. This time also victory will be achieved with a large vote.
Dimpy Dhillon submitted his nomination in the presence of Aman Arora
Cabinet Minister Aman Arora was present with Aam Aadmi Party candidate Dimpy Dhillon during his nomination. During this, Arora said that the people of the state have recognized both the BJP and the Congress. This has become clear with the victory of the Aam Aadmi Party in the Jalandhar by-elections. He said the people of the state are with the Aam Aadmi Party.
