Chhatarpur: A woman angry with the police asked SP for permission to commit suicide, the man signed the approval.

Female victim and SP

A woman has sought justice in Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh. The police station is alleged to have pressured the woman to disconnect the CM helpline, after which the victim submitted a complaint application form to the SP and sought permission to commit suicide, in which the Chhatarpur SP sealed the request from the women. He gave it to the lady who received it, that is, she gave her approval.

After this the matter gained momentum and continued to grow. The victim woman said that they did not hear us anywhere, so we sought permission from the SP to commit suicide, which he gave us permission. Now we have no choice but to commit suicide. Actually, Shobha Jangaria, a resident of Harpalpur in Chhatarpur district, lives in ward number 13 of Khatik locality and the victim woman had filed a complaint application at Harpalpur police station making allegations.

complaint against police station

The woman had said in the application that her husband Rajendra Jangaria was attacked by Baladin Khatik and Dilip Khatik, residents of the locality, under the influence of alcohol, on the night of November 10. In this case, the police registered an FIR on the complaint of the other party that he had assaulted. Following this, woman Shobha Jangaria lodged a complaint against Harpalpur police station on CM helpline 181.

Threat of being involved in a false case

Police station in-charge Pushpak Sharma was said to be continuously pressuring her to disconnect CM’s helpline, when the woman Shobha refused to disconnect CM’s helpline, police said she would be involved in a case fake. Due to this harassment, Shobha Jangaria filed a complaint application with SP Agam Jain on November 18 and sought permission to commit suicide, then Shobha received a seal and signature from SP’s office and received it.

SP flatly denied

Since then, the application form is becoming increasingly viral on social media. On the other hand, regarding this matter, the SP completely rejected any talk of suicide and when giving his clarification he said that the woman had not said anything similar to committing suicide. Rather there was talk of pressuring the CM to disconnect the helpline, on which SDOP Naugaon was immediately ordered to investigate, but the request was made by the woman. “Application form for permission to commit suicide due to distress” is clearly written on it.
