(Mahendragarh News) Narnaul. To prevent air pollution in the district, the orders of the Supreme Court and the Air Quality Management Commission must be strictly implemented. Currently, the fourth phase (Grape-4) of the Graded Response Action Plan is being implemented in the district. These instructions were given by Deputy Commissioner Dr Vivek Bharti at the district officials’ meeting after a video conference with Haryana Chief Secretary Vivek Joshi.
Instructions for continuous monitoring in the field.
DC said all officers involved should continuously monitor. In this regard, control room number 01282-299004 has been issued in the district. He instructed officers to remain in the field continuously to deploy Grap-4. If construction work is taking place somewhere, it should stop with immediate effect. Apart from construction work, not even the generator sets can operate. If anyone is caught doing this, they will be fined. Even after this, if the person continues with the job, an FIR must be lodged against him. He directed PWD&B&R, NHAI and HSIDC officials to stop their construction work for the time being.
DC calls for citizen cooperation
Narnaul. Deputy Commissioner Dr Vivek Bharti has appealed to citizens of the district not to carry out any work that causes air pollution. Ordinary citizens, along with the district administration, must also cooperate in this work. Don’t burn trash anywhere. It is the responsibility of every conscientious citizen to follow all the guidelines of the district administration. SDM Narnaul Dr Jitendra Singh, Municipal Magistrate Manjit Singh, DDPO Hari Prakash Bansal, XEN of Municipal Council and SDO of Pollution Board Anuj Narwal and officials of other departments were present in this meeting.
