Under the auspices of Veer Bhagat Singh Yuva Dal, Manush Janam Anmol Ray cultural development program was organized in the courtyard of Ashiana Old Age Home Baba Farid Seva Trust. In the programme, Trust director Baba Dinesh Rajpal and youth group head Dinesh Kapoor said that when devotee Namdev was just 7 years old, his maternal grandfather had to go out somewhere. He then told the boy Namdev to eat alone after offering food to Thakur ji.

The boy Namdev took bath at 4 in the morning and started worshiping Thakur ji with great reverence and devotion. But Thakur ji did not eat the laddus. It is said that the boy Namdev sat hungry and thirsty in front of Thakur ji for two or three days. In the end, Thakur ji himself had to come for darshan. He gained the faith of the devotee Namdev. Vishwa Hindu Parishad district vice-president Narendra Joshi and former municipal council president Saroj Bhardwaj said what we offer to God is not important.
