Opening of the Stock Market on October 25, 2024: On the last day of the week, the Indian stock market reopened in the green with a slight gain. BSE Sensex opened with a gain of 122.18 points at 80,187.34 points, while on the other hand, NSE Nifty 50 also opened with a gain of 18.65 points at 24,418.05 points. Yesterday, Thursday, the stock market also opened at a green mark and closed at a red mark. Let us tell you that the Indian stock market has been following this pattern for a long time.
30 ingenious companies started marketing in green framework
On Friday, shares of 20 of the 30 Sensex companies opened in the green with gains, while shares of 8 companies opened in the red with losses. Apart from these, shares of 2 companies opened without any change. In Nifty 50 too, shares of 30 out of 50 companies opened at the green mark and shares of 12 companies opened at the red mark. While the shares of the remaining 8 companies opened unchanged.
Further rise in Axis Bank shares
Among Sensex companies, Axis Bank shares opened with the biggest gain of 1.20 per cent. Apart from this, ITC shares rose by 0.87 per cent, HCL Tech by 0.72 per cent, Nestle India by 0.67 per cent, Tata Motors by 0.56 per cent, State Bank of India by 0, 45 per cent, HDFC Bank 0.39 per cent, Maruti Suzuki 0.34 per cent, Bharti Airtel 0.33 per cent and Reliance Industries rose 0.29 per cent.
Shares of these companies also opened in the green.
Shares of Kotak Mahindra Bank 0.24 per cent, Infosys 0.23 per cent, PowerGrid 0.22 per cent, Asian Paints 0.22 per cent, Adani Ports 0.22 per cent, Sun Pharma 0.19 per cent, TCS 0.14 per cent, Titan 0.09 per cent, Tata Steel 0.07 per cent, Bajaj Finance Open 0.06 per cent. with. Shares of Mahindra & Mahindra and Hindustan Unilever opened unchanged.
Sharp fall in IndusInd Bank shares
On the other hand, IndusInd Bank shares opened with a whopping drop of 6.17 per cent. Shares of NTPC opened with a loss of 2.25 per cent, JSW Steel with 1.97 per cent, Bajaj Finserv with 0.32 per cent, ICICI Bank with 0.29 per cent, Larsen & Toubro with 0.24 per cent, UltraTech Cement with 0.09 per cent and Tech Mahindra with 0.03 per cent.
