News above: A horrific accident occurred on Kisan Path in Sarojini Nagar police station area of Lucknow. Here, a high-speed bus going from Rae Bareli to Delhi went out of control and overturned. In this accident, the bus driver died on the spot, while 5 people traveling in the bus were injured. There were screams after the accident. The locals immediately informed the police.
As soon as information about the incident was received, local police immediately reached the spot and started relief work. The bus passengers were removed. The injured were sent to the nearby Lok Bandhu Hospital, where their condition is said to be stable. The deceased bus driver has been identified as Bhushan Lal Maurya, who died soon after the accident.

Regarding this incident, ADCP South Rajesh Kumar Yadav said that the bus was going from Amethi to New Delhi, in which around 20 passengers were travelling. Due to the high speed, the bus lost control and overturned, causing the driver to die instantly. Other passengers on the bus suffered minor injuries and were sent to Lok Bandhu Hospital for treatment.
Police said the situation at the scene is now normal. There is no problem regarding law and order. The police took possession of the bus and started investigating the matter. After this accident there was a disturbance among the bus passengers. All passengers were evacuated safely. The causes of the accident are currently being investigated. Early legal action is being taken.
