This platform was launched by Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant at the inaugural ceremony of the International Film Festival of India (IFFI). Where he called it an important moment for the Indian entertainment industry. According to the information received, according to a press release shared by Waves, during the launch, the Chief Minister said that ‘I am very happy to see the diversity of content in films and different languages, especially Konkani, on the platform.’ The goal is to reach a wider audience with movies, TV shows, games and live events.
