Orders have been given to the Property Tax Branch to issue notices to these persons.

The Municipal Corporation Commissioner was addressing a meeting of officials at the Municipal Corporation office late on Thursday afternoon. Giving orders to the Property Tax Branch officials, he said that the records of the Municipal Corporation should be verified and property tax notices should be sent at the earliest to the persons whose property tax is pending of more than Rs 5 lakh. If the property owner has any problem related to property tax, he can go to the Municipal Corporation office and contact the property tax office.

Appealing to city residents, he said that they should deposit their property tax with the Municipal Corporation as soon as possible and employees of the property tax branch should issue property tax notice as soon as possible. and invite the property tax owner to an office hearing.

He said all government departments should also ensure that property tax is deposited as soon as possible. Apart from this, traders whose registration fee has been deposited at the Municipal Corporation office are required to register and traders are also required to deposit their rent on time.

The commissioner said all illegal detention teams should be formed and withdrawn from the city. Apart from this, for the colonies to be approved, a committee must be formed under the chairmanship of the Joint Municipal Corporation and this committee must complete the subsequent actions as soon as possible.
