New Delhi. The situation remains bad due to pollution in the country’s capital Delhi. Although there has been some improvement in the air quality index today (Friday) compared to previous days, it still remains above the danger level. In view of the rising level of pollution, the Supreme Court also directed all NCR states to immediately form teams to carry out necessary surveillance work under Group 4. Further, the court had asked for closure of schools until grade 12. The schools have since been closed, but some parents have filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court against the closure of the schools. The petition was requested to be heard before the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court said on this suit that what justification do the parents have in this matter? The court said you want the schools to reopen. We will not encourage any such plan. Regarding this, the lawyer said that no, there is no such request. We are on the same side as the amicus. Judge Oka said nothing will happen. We discourage these types of requests.
Some parents filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court against the closure of the schools. Hearing this, the court clearly refused to open the school. Along with this, the court asked parents: do you want schools to be opened again? Let us tell you that Grape-4 is applicable in the capital Delhi and NCR. According to which it is mandatory that schools remain closed.
