There is good news for the students of Rajasthan. The state government has made a big announcement for the visually impaired students up to class 12. The government has announced that the visually impaired students of the state will be provided with special smartphones that will help them in their studies. Education and Panchayati Raj Minister Madan Dilawar gave this information on Friday.

Students of classes 6 to 12 will be provided with phones

Minister Madan Dilawar said the Rajasthan government will distribute special smartphones with Braille writing to visually impaired students of classes 6 to 12 in government schools. Let us tell you that Minister Dilawar addressed the ‘Government at Your Doorstep, Problem Solving’ camp organized in a ward of South Kota Municipal Corporation. During this, he said that under the state government’s inclusive education including ‘Special Education Scheme for Children’, assistive devices are provided free of charge to disabled students studying in public schools with the help of the Department of Justice and Empowerment Social. .

Battery-powered bicycles will also be available.

He further said that the ‘Tricycle’ is provided free of charge to students who have leg problems and cannot walk. Until now, manually operated ‘tricycles’ were offered, but this time battery-operated ‘tricycles’ will be provided. The statement further said that similarly, for the first time, the state government will provide special smartphones with Braille writing to visually impaired students for free so that they can get help in their studies.
