The Delhi Traffic Police has adopted a special method to protect its personnel from pollution. The traffic police organized a yoga session for the jawans to help them overcome the dangers of toxic air. This initiative has been taken to promote the health and well-being of traffic police personnel. A special yoga session for traffic police personnel was organized at the Delhi Traffic Police Headquarters in Todapur on Thursday (November 21) under the supervision of Delhi Traffic Police Constables Ajay Chaudhary , Satyaveer Katara and Shashank Jaiswal.
The aim of the yoga session was to educate the soldiers on various yoga asanas to help them deal with the damage caused by environmental pollution and stay physically and mentally fit while carrying out their difficult tasks.
