The Navgachia police of Bhagalpur district of Bihar scored a huge success in the famous Ravindra Kumar murder case. Police arrested storyteller Dilkhush Yadav. After the arrest, the historian gave a shocking statement to the police. He told the police that he liked being a professor since he was little and that he would continue to be a professor. He challenged him and said that he will commit two more murders after getting out of jail. After the arrest of Dilkhush Yadav, Navgachia SP Puran Jha held a press conference and shared information about the entire incident with the media.
Police arrested storyteller Dilkhush Yadav near a hotel along NH 31 in Rangara police station area of Navgachia. He is the nephew of notorious criminal Chhotu Yadav and has a long criminal record. Several murder cases are registered against Dilkhush at the police station. He is also accused of other cases, including extortion, weapons law, intimidation and robbery. He had shot dead the brother of Bhawanipur’s main husband, Kumodi Yadav, from Rangra police station area in Bhawanipur Chowk.

The accused Dilkhush had shot dead Ravindra Kumar at Naya Tola in Navagachia police station area on October 20 following which the Navagachia police were searching for him. Continuous raids were also carried out in several police station areas for his arrest. After arrest, criminal Dilkhush said in front of the police: “I have the passion to become a professor since childhood, I will remain a professor.” My uncle Chhotu Yadav is also a professor, after getting out of jail I will murder two more people. He is also in my goal.
The murder was committed on October 20.
Navgachia SP Puran Jha said that on October 20, Ravindra Kumar was shot dead in Naya Tola of Navgachia police station area. In this regard, based on the complaint of the deceased’s wife, a case was opened against 2 identified and 3 unidentified accused at the Navgachia police station. While the team formed to uncover the case was collecting information and conducting technical investigation, two accused involved in the incident were arrested and sent to prison. Raids were being carried out to arrest the absconding accused.

In the same sequence, notorious criminal Dilkhush Yadav was chased from Araria and arrested from Rangra police station area along with the gun used in the incident. Arrested criminal Dilkhush Yadav said that the deceased Ravindra Kumar had beaten up his maternal grandfather Ramrati Yadav in jail. He has carried out this incident at the behest of his maternal uncle, notorious criminal Chhotu Yadav. The police are investigating the matter.
