Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, while speaking to the media on Friday, clarified that Congress is not part of his government. In the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections held in the middle of this year, the National Conference and the Congress participated in alliance. The National Conference won an absolute majority in the elections and the government was formed under the leadership of Omar Abdullah.
