(Charkhi Dadri News) Charkhi Dadri. SDM Naveen Kumar said that many public welfare schemes are run by the government. Most of the schemes are linked to the Family Identity Card, Aadhar Card. In such a situation, it is necessary to quickly resolve people’s issues related to Family Identity Card and Aadhar Card so that no eligible person is deprived of the benefits of the schemes.
SDM Naveen Kumar was giving instructions to the officers while listening to the problems of citizens at the solution camp organized under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Munish Sharma at the auditorium located on the first floor of the Mini Secretariat on Friday. During the Samadhan camp on Friday, 3 complaints were received, for resolution of which instructions were given to the officials of the concerned departments. He said that citizens’ complaints related to basic services such as electricity, water, etc. They must be resolved quickly.
Solution camps are being organized as per government instructions.
He said taking the problems of common people seriously, solution camps are being organized as per the instructions of the government. Apart from the district headquarters, the urban local body and the panchayat department also organize solution camps at the block level, where the problems of citizens are heard. He said there are some problems related to the Panchayat Department or the Municipal Council.
Citizens can raise these issues in the solution camp organized at their respective block office or municipal council office so that the officials of the concerned department can take immediate action on those issues. On this occasion, Municipal Magistrate Ashish Sangwan, Deputy Superintendent of Police Dheeraj Kumar, Subject Expert Dr. Chandrabhan Sangwan of Agriculture Department, Shashi Bhardwaj of Deputy Commissioner’s Office and officials of related departments were present.
