Big news is coming about the new national president of the BJP. According to information, the party will have a new chief after Makar Sankranti. A meeting related to the organization of the festival lasted for six hours on Friday at the party headquarters in Delhi under the leadership of president JP Nadda. The meeting discussed the upcoming elections and the organizational structure, in which the active membership at the state level was evaluated and a goal was set to increase the number of members in some states.
In the meeting it was decided that the organizational formation process up to the divisional level would be completed by December 15. Under this, the goal has been set to complete the election of division presidents and the formation of their teams by December 15. Later, instructions were given to complete the process of organizing the elections at the district level before December 30.
The team must be formed with honesty.
BJP president JP Nadda told all the party leaders at the meeting that responsibility should be given to the loyal and hardworking workers. Likewise, he indicated that special attention must be given to social equations in local unit elections. Nadda honestly emphasized on team building at the division and district level.
Next meeting in December
In the meeting it was decided to organize the next meeting of the upcoming Sangathan Parv 2024 on December 30, in which guidelines on the process of election of state presidents and election of national president will be issued. At the same time, a detailed discussion will be held on the election of the National President, in which the process of preparing the electoral roll and sending the names of state leaders to the Central Council will also be discussed.
JP Nadda got an extension
Current BJP president JP Nadda’s tenure has been extended till June. His term ended in January of this year. But in view of the Lok Sabha elections in the party, it increased. Before selecting the new BJP president, the organization’s election is necessary, which usually takes six months. Therefore, the tenure of current President JP Nadda was extended by six months.
There is discussion among BJP leaders that the new president of the party may be from South India, because currently there is no South Indian leader in any of the important positions. Currently, the president is from eastern India, the vice president is from western India and the prime minister is from northern India, so the party president is expected to be from the south.
