Trends have started emerging for the by-elections held in four assembly seats in Bihar. By-elections were held in Imamganj, Belaganj, Tarari and Ramgarh. This election became very interesting after the entry of Prashant Kishore. Voting for all these seats was held on November 13.

Belaganj Assembly:
Manorama Devi of JDU is leading the trends in this seat. Talking about this seat, on one hand the credibility of RJD leader and Jehanabad MP Surendra Yadav is at stake, while on the other hand, the JDU is also fighting. Prashant Kishor’s Jan Suraj, who is contesting elections for the first time, made the elections interesting as soon as he assumed office. To destroy RJD’s equation in the elections, Jan Suraj has gone for the Muslim candidate.

Tarari Assembly:
NDA’s Vishal Prashant leads from Tarari seat. CPI(M)’s Raju Yadav comes second. Prashant Kishore also made the contest interesting in the Tarari assembly seat of Bhojpur district, which has seven assembly constituencies. The main contest here is believed to be between BJP candidate Vishal Prashant and MLA candidate Raju Yadav. Prashant Kishore also had to change candidates at the last minute. It will be interesting to see if the results will be in their favor or not.

Imamganj Assembly:
RJD’s Roshan Kumar Manjhi is leading the trends from Imamganj assembly seat. In the Imamganj assembly seat, the contest is mainly between the candidates of NDA, Grand Alliance and Jan Suraj. The NDA had nominated Jitan Ram Manjhi’s daughter-in-law Deepa Manjhi as its candidate, while Roshan Manjhi was the Grand Alliance candidate. While Jan Suraj had named Jitendra Paswan as the candidate.

Ramgarh Assembly:
In early trends, BSP’s Satish Kumar Singh alias Pintu Yadav is also leading a triangular contest in the Ramgarh assembly seat. Here RJD’s Ajit Singh, BJP’s Ashok Singh, BSP’s Pintu Yadav and Jan Suraj’s Sushil Singh Kushwaha are in the electoral fray.
