2nd Test India vs New Zealand (Current Partnership), Sports Desk: On the second day of the second Test match played in Pune, Team India was reduced to just 156 runs in the first innings. For the team, Ravindra Jadeja scored the highest score of 38 runs, while Shubman Gill and Yashasvi Jaiswal contributed 30-30 runs. Earlier, the New Zealand team had scored 259 runs after winning the toss and batting first. In the three-Test series, New Zealand are ahead 1-0 to nil after winning the first Test match. The team also took over India in the second test match.

Rohit, Kohli and Pant failed

After bowling out New Zealand for 259 runs, India’s batting order was expected to bat well, but all the batsmen in the team disappointed and returned to the pavilion one after another. Rohit Sharma zero, Virat Kohli 1, Pant 18 and Sarfaraz Khan was out after scoring 11 runs. After which the team was reduced to just 156 runs.
