Vinesh Phogat raised Jai Khiladi slogan after taking oath
Chandigarh News (Aaj Samaj) Chandigarh: Today, all the newly elected MLAs are taking the oath of office and secrecy in the Haryana Assembly. The assembly’s work began with the national anthem. Firstly, Governor Bandaru Dattatreya administered oath to Protem President Raghubir Kadian. After that, Speaker Protem proceeded with the process of swearing in the MLAs one by one. Firstly, CM Nayab Saini was sworn in as MLA. After that, all the ministers were sworn in sequentially. Women MLAs took oath as MLAs after ministers took oath. Shakti Rani Sharma, who came to the Assembly for the first time after winning the Kalka elections, was also sworn in as an MLA. Cabinet minister Krishna Kumar Bedi and two MPs from Karnal took oath in Sanskrit. Apart from these, Narnaul MLA Omprakash Yadav also took oath in Sanskrit.
Minister Shruti Chaudhary took oath in English. Meanwhile, Congress MLA from Pehowa Mandeep Chattha also took oath in English. Nuh MLA Aftab Ahmed also took oath in English. INLD MLAs Aditya and Arjun arrived to take oath to the assembly wearing green turbans. Arjun Chautala became MLA from Raniya and Aditya Devi Lal became MLA from Dabwali. Arjun Chautala also took oath in English.
