The Building Construction Department has asked former Union minister and LJP national supremo Pashupati Kumar Paras to vacate the government bungalow housing the LJP national office within seven days. Even before this, on October 22 the Joint Secretary of the Building Construction Department issued a letter saying that the office should be vacated within 15 days, but the bungalow was not vacated. Now the department has made it clear that if the bungalow is not vacated within the stipulated time, it will be forcibly evicted.
On June 30, 2006, the Lok Janshakti Party was allotted a government bungalow to occupy a position. Regarding the notification, the Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party said the matter is pending in the High Court, but the department says the court has not imposed any kind of stay on it. The bungalow was allotted to the Lok Janshakti Party, not the Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party. In such a situation, the National LJP has nothing to do with this building.
Threat to evict the bungalow by force
In the letter issued by the Building Construction Department, it is said that the Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party must vacate the residence located at 1 Wheeler Road, Shaheed Peer Ali Khan Marg, Patna within 7 days of receiving the order. If the house is not vacated within the prescribed period, the house will be forcibly evicted.
