New Delhi: Bollywood film actress Rhea Chakraborty got a big relief from the Supreme Court. The vigilance circular issued by CBI will remain cancelled. The Supreme Court has upheld the decision of the Bombay High Court. The court has also given relief to Riya’s brother and her father. The Supreme Court has upheld the order of the Bombay High Court in the case of the vigilance circular issued by the CBI against Rhea Chakraborty, her brother and her father.

The Supreme Court rejected the CBI petition

According to information, in February, the Bombay High Court had canceled the CBI surveillance circular on the request of Rhea Chakraborty, her brother and father. The High Court order was challenged by the CBI in the Supreme Court. Today the Supreme Court rejected the CBI appeal. This came as a huge relief to Riya and her family.

For this reason, a cautionary circular was issued.

In August 2020, vigilance circulars were issued against Rhea, her brother, her father and mother. Sushant Singh Rajput’s family had filed a case in Patna, Bihar, demanding an inquiry into his death. This case was later transferred to the CBI. CBI had issued a lookout circular against Rhea Chakraborty and her family in the death case of film actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Riya’s family had approached the High Court over this matter. On Riya’s request, the High Court canceled the vigilance circular.

Sushant was found hanging on June 14, 2020.

Actor Sushant Singh Rajput, 34, was found hanging in his Bandra apartment on June 14, 2020. After this, following the complaint of his father Krishna Kishore Singh, a resident of Patna, both the Mumbai Police and the Bihar police launched an investigation.

He gave strong acting in movies and television.

Sushant started his career on television with shows like Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil and rose to fame with his role in Ekta Kapoor’s Pavitra Rishta. He later turned to films and starred in hits like MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, Chhichhore and Dil Bechara. Sushant’s last film was Dil Bechara.
