In his speech, the Prime Minister said that the Congress made promises in the elections that were impossible to fulfill. They thought that with such promises these people would entertain the public, but the public knows everything and sees whether a party can fulfill its promises or not. Aiming at the Congress Party to make caste census an issue in the elections, the prime minister said they thought they could win the elections by dividing the society.
