His Excellency President Draupadi Murmu took to the stage of ‘Sahitya Aajtak’ on Saturday and presented ‘Aajtak Sahitya Jagruti Samman’. This year, ‘Aajtak Sahitya Jagruti Lifetime Achievement Award’ was awarded to well-known lyricist Gulzar. The three-day ‘Sahitya Aajtak’ event of the country’s best news channel ‘Aaj Tak’ will be held at the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium in the capital.
At the ceremony, ‘Aajtak Sahitya Jagriti Samman’ was awarded to veteran writers and budding talents in different categories for their works. President Draupadi Murmu gave these honors with her lotus flowers.

President to hold literary conference on Gulzar’s demand
