The Jammu and Kashmir Staff Selection Board (JKSSB) has announced recruitment for various posts of Sub Inspector in the Jammu and Kashmir Police, for which the application process will begin soon. JKSSB SI Recruitment 2024: What is the selection process?
The selection process for these positions includes three stages: written exam, standard physical test and physical endurance test. The written exam will ask objective multiple choice questions and the essay will be done only in English. There will also be a negative grade in the written exam. If a candidate gives an incorrect answer to any question, a quarter of the total marks awarded will be deducted.
National Cadet Corps (NCC) ‘C’ certificate holders will get 5 per cent bonus, while NCC ‘B’ certificate holders will get 3 per cent bonus and NCC ‘A’ certificate holders will get a 2 percent bonus.
