Jan Suraj Party president Prashant Kishore is busy with his global mission. From Bihar to the US, he is promoting his party. After the Bihar by-election results, their morale has gone up a bit. Another issue is that the party did not win anywhere. Prashant Kishore failed miserably in his first exam. His party failed in the Bihar by-elections.
Despite this, he claims that he will win the assembly elections in 2025. In a virtual conversation with the Bihari expatriate community in the United States, Prashant Kishore said that Bihar is truly a failed state, which is in a deep crisis and that Huge efforts are needed for its comprehensive development. Jan Suraj leader said he has full hopes of his party winning the Bihar Assembly elections in 2025.
PK said that if his party wins, it will lift the liquor ban and use its revenue to improve school education. He said we have to understand that Bihar is a very dirty state. If it were a country, it would be the 11th largest country in the world in terms of population. We have left Japan behind in terms of population.
PK said what is the biggest challenge in Bihar?
Prashant Kishore said the biggest challenge is that the society here has become disillusioned with the improving situation in Bihar and when one becomes disillusioned, immediate survival needs become so strong that nothing else matters. However, all is not lost yet in Bihar. What we’ve been doing over the last two and a half years has definitely generated some hope. But its results will be seen after 5-6 years. He said that even if Jan Suraj government is formed in 2025 and we continue to work hard with the same dedication, Bihar will become a middle-income state by 2029-2030.
PK party fell flat on its face in Bihar by-elections
Apart from this, Prashant Kishore appealed to NRIs living in the US to support Jan Suraj and vote in his favour. In the recent Bihar Assembly by-elections, Jan Suraj Party candidates’ deposits were lost in all but one seat. Prashant Kishore’s party ranked third in Tarari, fourth in Ramgarh, third in Imamganj and third in Belaganj. The NDA won in these four seats. The BJP won two seats in Tarari and Ramgarh, Hindustan Awam Morcha (Secular) in Imamganj and the JDU candidate in Belaganj.
