Suspense continues over CM post

Preparations to form government in Maharashtra have been intensified. Recently, a big news was revealed about the CM post in Mahayuti. According to information received, the NCP of the Ajit Pawar faction had agreed to appoint Devendra Fadnavis as CM. According to sources, in the meeting held on Sunday, Ajit Pawar and all his MLAs supported Devendra Fadnavis as CM. However, his MLAs in Shinde camp still want CM Eknath Shinde to stay, because CM Eknath Shinde started Laadli Brahmin Yojana, which benefited Mahayuti.

The Shinde group believes that Eknath Shinde becoming CM will be beneficial in the upcoming BMC elections and other municipal elections. At the same time, BJP leaders want BJP to have maximum number of seats, so Devendra Fadnavis should be made CM from BJP side. However, today the leaders of the Grand Alliance parties, Devendra Fadnavis, Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar, can travel to Delhi, where they can meet Amit Shah and JP Nadda.
