In winter, sesame laddus, linseed laddus, gum laddus, fenugreek laddus, dry fruit laddus, dried ginger laddus and many other types of laddus are made and eaten. Today we are telling you the recipe for laddu made with gram dal and sattu. Eating a laddu every day for breakfast in winter will give you full strength and energy.
Eat these laddus daily in winter, know the recipe of chana dal and dry fruit laddus.
First step- Take about 1 cup of roasted chana dal. If you don’t have gram dal, you can also use gram sattu. Apart from this, you can also take unpeeled roasted gram. We take chana dal and roast it on medium heat until it turns golden brown.
Second step- Take out the lentils, cool them and in the same pan or wok add 1 tablespoon of desi ghee and fry half a cup of peanuts. Now add quarter cup cashew nuts, quarter cup almonds, quarter cup makhana in the pan and fry them.
Third step- Remove the nuts after roasting. Now toast a quarter cup of pumpkin seeds and a quarter cup of flax seeds in a pan. Take out all the ingredients and grind the roasted lentils to a fine powder in a blender. In this blender, grind all the nuts and seeds coarsely.
Fourth step- Now put one third cup of desi ghee in the pan, add half cup of wheat flour and fry it. When the flour is roasted, add ground gram powder to it. When a light toasted aroma appears, add the raisins, cranberries and raisins and fry. When the raisins swell, add 1 cup of finely ground brown sugar and mix.
Fifth step- Keep the gas flame very low until the jaggery melts. Now add dry fruit powder and mix. Turn off the gas and let everything cool down a little. Now start making laddus quickly with this prepared dough. After cooling, it is difficult to make laddus.
