SC rebukes AAP govt over Delhi pollution

A hearing was held at the Supreme Court on Monday on the air pollution issue. During this, the high court reprimanded the Delhi government and sought data from AQI. The Supreme Court said that schools will not open in Delhi NCR at this time. The Supreme Court said the Delhi government violated GRAP-4 guidelines and allowed entry of such trucks from November 18 to 23.

The court commissioner stated that the trucks were being controlled by private operators and that no specific police force had been assigned for this work. Justice Abhay S Oka said showing us the order of the Delhi government, which had issued teams to manage such marks. On this, the Delhi government said that Municipal Corporation employees, civil defense workers and Delhi Police officers were deployed at the exit points.
