Several incidents of rape of a minor girl have come to light in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. According to the information, the accused had recorded a video of the minor bathing. After this, the accused raped the girl several times after threatening to make the video viral. In this case, the police have registered a case against the accused under sections of BNS and POCSO Act.

Based on the complaint filed in the case, the police have said that this incident took place in the Trans Yamuna police station area of Agra. A young man named Sumer Khan, who lives in the neighborhood, secretly recorded a video of the minor while she was bathing and then kidnapped her. The accused then raped the girl.
This is how the matter was revealed
Precisely on November 18, the minor had left her house to go to her maternal uncle’s house but she did not get there. After this they searched for him but found no one. On November 19, the minor arrived home dejected. She told her mother that neighbor Sumer Khan took her at gunpoint to his friend’s house and raped her there. According to the victim, the accused had secretly recorded a video of him while he was bathing. After this, the accused raped her several times, threatening to make the video viral. (input language)
