(Mahendragarh News) Narnaul. On the occasion of 9th Ayurveda Day, Run for Ayurveda initiative program was organized at Baba Kheta Nath Government Ayurvedic Hospital and College, Patikara today. He started the program by lighting the lamp in front of Lord Dhanvantari. Dr Srinivas Gujjarwar said that on this occasion, BAMS students of the university organized a marathon from the institute to Neerpur.

He tried to increase awareness about Ayurveda among common people through marathons.

In this, the benefits of adopting Yoga and Ayurveda in life were shown through slogans in the hands of the students. Through this marathon, an effort was made to increase awareness about Ayurveda among common people. He said that the Government of India celebrates the National Ayurveda Day Festival throughout the week. Under this programme, Ayurveda will also be promoted through Rangoli, poems, food making competitions, proposal writing and debates. Following the principles of Ayurveda, all the medical experts of this hospital treat the patients of the area.

Between 250 and 300 patients who come to the hospital each day benefit from its benefits. In this, Panchakarma, Ksharsutra, Agnikarma therapy and Marma therapy are provided to them. Currently, the hospital treats joint diseases, arthritis, paralysis, sciatica, spondylitis, piles, fistulas, constipation, kidney stones, skin diseases, sugar, acidity, blood pressure, stomach diseases, gynecology, pediatrics, migraine and others. They receive free treatment with Ayurvedic medicines.

The Haryana government also provides free food to patients admitted here for treatment. Here, in addition to providing information on healthy lifestyles to avoid diseases, yoga classes are taught daily in the mornings at the hospital. On this occasion, Dr. Ritesh, Dr. Jitendra Kumar Sihag, Dr. Kulbhushan Sharma and other staff were present.
