There is a dispute over property rights between the new generations of the ancient royal family of Mewar. It is managed with 9 trusts. To assume the throne of the royal family, Maharana Bhagwat Singh had founded the institution “Maharana Mewar Charitable Foundation”. This organization runs the City Palace Museum in Udaipur. Arvind Singh Mewar says the Mewar royal family is run through a trust, the management of which has been entrusted to him by his father. According to the Udaipur district administration, there is a tradition of Dhuni Darshan after the coronation of the new Maharana. After this, the king must also visit the Ekling Ji temple. After the coronation ceremony, Vishvaraj Singh Mewar also reached Mewar City Palace to visit Dhuni Darshan and Ekling Temple, but he was stopped from entering the City Palace.
