Delhi Crime News (Aaj Samaj), New Delhi: The number of young people traveling abroad in the hope of finding employment and a bright future has increased rapidly in recent times. Young people move there due to the desire to earn a lot of money abroad. Taking advantage of this desire of young people and their families, many fake agents act and extort huge amounts of money from people and fraudulently send them abroad.
One such officer has been arrested by the Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) police station. He used to extort thousands of rupees from people and send their children abroad. Police are trying to find out how many people the accused had sent abroad so far on fake visas.

Identified as a resident of Amritsar
According to information received from the police, the accused has been identified as Rahul Arora from Amritsar, Punjab. The police officer said that a youth named Kanwajeet Singh from Tarn Taran, Amritsar, Punjab, had arrived at Terminal 3 of the IGI airport. I had to catch a flight from Delhi to Bangkok. When his passport was examined it was discovered that it had been tampered with. When the police arrested him and started interrogating him, he gave information about Rahul Arora. Later, when the police questioned the accused Rahul, he confessed to his crime.
He said that for the past few years he worked as an agent, dealing with booking tickets and processing visas for foreigners. He has told police about other officers associated with him. The police are now busy collecting information about their entire network and gang so that they can arrest such officers and save people from theft of thousands of rupees.
